Recruitment Manager

Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels.

Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring manager, business leaders and HR.

Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.

Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.

Five plus years of Staffing/Recruitment experience and strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization.

Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team based project experience.

Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes.

Must have experience sourcing resumes from all sources.

Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Workday.

Experience in general HR functions.

Provide end to end recruiting support for Corporate Functions, which may include Human Resource, Corporate Affairs-Global Communications or Global Governance-Compliance. The persons selected will be backfilling for 2 paternity leaves; one from February 9-May 17, the other from March 2-June 7.

We would prefer a person be on-site at least 3 days a week. Remote work can be considered for strong candidates NOT located near Walmart's Corporate HQ.

Full cycle recruitment experience-WorkDay background preferred.

Strong communication and an ability to partner with leaders and key stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with an eye on candidate/hiring manager engagement.

Conduct Strategy Meetings and Post Requisitions.

Disposition/Screen applicants.

Work with Coordination/Hiring Managers to schedule interviews and gather interview feedback.

Work with People Partners, Compensation and Hiring Managers to align on offer details.

Attend meetings to discuss requisition status; update weekly excel reporting to provide details on requisition status.
