Requirements
Associate’s degree or higher, or equivalent professional experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing preferred.
Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Proficiency using LinkedIn, including candidate sourcing, outreach, and talent pipeline development. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities effectively in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
Strong organizational, documentation, and data management skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with the interpreting or language services industry, including medical, legal, or community-based interpreting, is a plus.
