Legacy Staffing is a growing, client-focused staffing firm dedicated to connecting top talent with leading companies. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in our Garfield Heights office.
Position Summary
As a Recruiter at Legacy Staffing, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process while partnering with clients and internal teams to meet staffing needs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building relationships and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to placement
- Maintain and update employee and vacancy records accurately
- Coordinate and oversee employment of externally placed staff in collaboration with clients
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies and sourcing plans
- Partner with team members to forecast hiring needs and build staffing strategies
- Reduce time-to-fill and improve interview-to-placement timelines
- Track, analyze, and report hiring metrics to management
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Uphold a professional image both in the office and in the field
- Complete, maintain, and update all required employment documentation
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience or knowledge of HR procedures and recruiting practices preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
