Recruiter

The Recruiter plays a crucial role in managing office operations and supporting recruitment efforts. This position involves coordinating schedules, screening candidates, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will facilitate smooth onboarding processes and maintain effective communication with applicants and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes including candidate sourcing and screening
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment and office activities
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements
• Assist with onboarding of new hires and facilitate smooth transitions
• Support general office administration tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in office administration
