We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team at our GSP location. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for a variety of positions across multiple companies and industries.Responsibilities
  • Stay up to date on clients’ staffing needs and requirements for each position.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews with candidates to evaluate qualifications and determine the best fit for open job orders, considering factors such as skill set, experience, cultural fit, work environment, and client preferences and requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Staffing Specialist to handle incoming calls from candidates seeking employment opportunities, providing information about current openings and screening them as necessary.
  • Take responsibility for scheduling candidates for orientation sessions, ensuring timely communication and sending reminders as needed to ensure attendance.
  • Collaborate with Area Staffing Specialists to insure a smooth transition into the onboarding process.
  • Manage responses from candidate outreach campaigns conducted through SENSE, promptly following up with interested candidates and guiding them through the application process.
  • Manage applicant flow from company website and external job boards and respond to every candidate in some way, shape, or form.
  • Arrange client interviews and facility tours as required, coordinating schedules between candidates and hiring managers to facilitate smooth interview processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview outcomes, and hiring status, utilizing the Pipeline and Nomination process in Avionte.
  • Maintain accurate talent records ensuring skills and experience are listed on talent profiles, in order to match them to current and future jobs, related to those skill sets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and relevant employment laws to continually improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Utilize skill marketing techniques to effectively promote the qualifications and expertise of available candidates to both current and prospective clients, with the goal of securing direct hire orders.
