High-Volume Agency Recruiter
We’re looking for a fast-paced, results-driven recruiter to manage high-volume hiring for multiple clients. In this role, you’ll handle full-cycle recruiting and work in a metrics-driven agency environment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles
- Source, screen, and submit candidates quickly and efficiently
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Coordinate interviews and manage offers
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of recruiting experience (agency preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple roles at once
- Strong sourcing, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
