Recruiter (High Volume)

Peoplr is seeking a high-volume Recruiter for our client, Integrity Rise Management, a residential property management company. This job is ideal for a confident, outgoing recruiting professional with a track record of exceeding hiring goals who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, regular position. The Recruiter will work on-site at Integrity Rise’s corporate headquarters in St. Augustine, FL. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a high volume of openings (30+ openings for 4-5 key roles in locations across the U.S.).  Meet or exceed hiring goals in a fast-paced, high-turnover industry. 
  
• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels. Deliver an exceptional experience throughout the hiring process.
  
• Recommend top candidates to business managers for interviews; follow-up to drive timely hiring decisionTrack activity, manage candidate and position data in the ATS, and regularly report key metrics to HR and business leadership.
  
• Liaise with HR to ensure a smooth transition from recruiting to onboarding
  
• Partner with HR and Regional business leaders to understand staffing trends and needs, develop recruiting strategies, and recommend the highest and best use of job advertising budget.

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of high-volume recruiting experience (30+concurrent openings) in a high turnover industry, such as property management, accommodations, leisure & hospitality, or similar.
  
• High energy and highly motivated, with a track record of meeting or exceeding hiring goals/metrics.
  
• Proven success with sourcing and social media recruiting strategies.
  
• Effective verbal and written communicator with excellent follow-up/follow-though.
  
• Organized, with high attention to detail and solid time management skills.
  
• Self-starter comfortable operating with limited direction and taking initiative to figure things out/make things happen.
  
• Computer savviness; experience managing requisitions candidates in an applicant tracking system (ATS).
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Rippling ATS
  
• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field
