The RecruiterHR Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties. The primary function of this role is talent acquisition which includes management of the agencys internship program.
The desirable candidate has a strong background in Recruitment.
Responsibilities: • Completes monthly, quarterly, annual background checks to ensure compliance. • Back-up Facilitator for New Employee Orientation. • Maintains accurate staff rosters and updates in the HRIS when needed. • Runs reports and analyzes HR data for accuracy and efficiency. • Processes new hires. • Tracks employees licenses and certifications to ensure compliance. • Completes regulatory agencies audits as requested. • Performs other duties as assigned.
RECRUITMENT Manages the agencys recruitment and selection efforts. • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using various channels, job boards, social media, professional networks, etc. • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Provide a positive candidate experience through clear communication and feedback. • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. • Negotiate offers and manage onboarding processes. • Manages the internship process. • Develop recruitment strategies to attract diverse and high-caliber talent. • Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs. • Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree in human resources or related field required. Three years of recent advanced Human Resources experience required. Experience working in a non-profit FQHC setting is preferred. Proven background in recruitment and knowledge of best practices. Experience with Paycom highly preferred. Experience with regulatory agencies audits (i.e., DWI, HRSA, MDHHS, etc.) highly preferred. Strong analytical and attention to detail skills are required. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate with diverse audiences. Must be adept at managing multiple tasks and meeting critical deadlines. Ability to work independently, think strategically, analyze, and problem solve effectively.
