Job Description
A healthcare network in Rockland County, New York is seeking a Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring and general human resources operations across multiple hospital departments.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday on-site
- Hours: 8am to 5pm (flexible)
- Length: Possible Contract to Hire
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned hospital departments and open positions
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for fit and qualifications
- Extend offers and coordinate new-hire processing and onboarding activities
- Support retention efforts, recruitment tracking, and statistical reporting
- Partner with internal stakeholders on new-hire information and selected employee relations matters
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of human resources or recruitment experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Interviewing experience
- Experience using Workday
Desired Skills:
- PHR or HRCI certification
- Healthcare or hospital recruiting experience
- Experience supporting career events and talent outreach initiatives
- Familiarity with recruitment reporting and hiring metrics
