As the Recruiter, you will support full-cycle hiring across your assigned company locations. You'll hire for numerous areas of the business including manufacturing, operations, office, service, management, and technical roles.
 
You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to attract top talent, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and help shape the future of our growing organization!
 
What we’re looking for:
✔ 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
✔ Manufacturing, industrial, packaging, or production recruiting background
✔ Strong tech/software skills: ATS (Jobvite or similar), LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed SmartSource, etc.)
✔ Organized, proactive, with a people-focused mindset and excellent communication skills
✔ Experience managing multiple requisitions in a high-volume environment

This is an early-mid career role.  You will work a hybrid schedule, with 3 days in our Lewisville, TX office and 2 days from home, with standard office hours*.  Position offers a full benefits package including 401k with match and an annual performance bonus of 10%.

*After initial training period has been completed.


As a Recruiter, you will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of exempt and non-exempt positions across multiple company locations. You will partner closely with hiring managers and Human Resources to identify talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and attract qualified candidates across production, office, supervisory, management, and selected technical roles within a manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for building candidate pipelines, screening and evaluating talent, coordinating interviews, and guiding candidates and hiring managers through the hiring process. You will serve as an ambassador for the company’s Employer Value Proposition while ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience. As the Recruiter you are expected to execute recruiting activities with accuracy, consistency, strong organizational discipline, and a high ethical standard.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer facilitation, and pre-boarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, workforce needs, and desired candidate qualifications to properly align on ICP (Ideal Candidate Profile).
  • Create and submit job requisitions and postings within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers and HR partners regarding candidate pipelines, hiring progress, and requisition status.
  • Source and recruit for additional roles, as assigned.

Candidate Sourcing and Pipeline Development

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build qualified candidate pipelines using tools such as the company ATS, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking, and local hiring events.
  • Source both active and passive candidates for open and anticipated roles.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently hired manufacturing and operational positions. Conduct passive outreach, as needed, to support future staffing needs, confidential requisitions or other hiring objectives.

Candidate Screening and Evaluation

  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
  • Conduct phone or virtual screening interviews to evaluate candidate experience, skills, and cultural alignment against ICP.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear summaries of candidate strengths and potential fit.

Interview Coordination and Hiring Process Management

  • Coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Track candidate progression through the hiring process within the ATS and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview best practices and consistent evaluation criteria.

Candidate Experience and Employer Branding

  • Communicate the company’s culture and Employer Value Proposition to prospective candidates.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including status updates and feedback when available.
  • Represent the company professionally during recruiting events such as job fairs, college recruiting events, and local hiring initiatives.

Offer Management and Pre-Boarding

  • Prepare employment offers in partnership with HR and hiring managers and facilitate offer approvals. Provide guidance and candidate insight, as needed, to ensure offer acceptance.
  • Extend and communicate offers to candidates, answering questions related to compensation, benefits, and next steps.
  • Coordinate pre-employment activities such as background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding preparation in advance of handoff to HR Partner.

Recruiting Operations and Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records of candidate activity within the ATS.
  • Monitor job posting performance and adjust sourcing methods as needed to ensure effective candidate flow.
  • Partner with external staffing agencies when appropriate to expedite the hiring process, when initial marketing and sourcing methods have not produced a qualified candidate pool.
  • Support fair and consistent hiring practices by ensuring candidate evaluations are based on skills, qualifications, and job-related criteria.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist with hiring events, group interviews, and high-volume recruitment initiatives when needed. Based on location, travel may be necessary to support these initiatives and events.
  • Visit local site as needed to support job performance and learning, site employee engagement, onboarding, or other activities as directed by HR leadership.
  • Meet assigned recruiting metrics and service-level expectations.
  • Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to changing demands of volume and complexity.
  • Escalate HR-related or employee relations concerns to HR leadership when appropriate.
  • Perform other recruiting-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt positions within manufacturing, production, industrial or packaging environments.
  • Experience using a modern Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with Ai capabilities; Jobvite preferred.
  • Experience with passive candidate sourcing and other sourcing methods (Indeed resume, Linkedin Recruiter, Boolean searching, referral programs, trade groups, specialty job boards, etc).
  • Must be highly computer literate; proficient with multiple business software applications including MS Teams, Zoom, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Google Docs, etc.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable clean motor vehicle record (MVR).

Training Requirements:

  • Willing to attend required training courses or sessions related to the job as assigned.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Capable of completing general repetitive office tasks, using a computer or office machinery and using video meeting software.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug test and subject to random drug screening.

Work Environment:

  • Home office: Adequate Wi-fi access required to support company provided computer and allow for seamless use of communication applications and tools for conducting daily business (ie: Video calls, chat, messaging, etc).
  • On-site office: Standard office environment, adjacent to production.
  • Regular exposure to dust and noise within the production environment.

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Proper eye protection is required when working near production floor machinery.

Travel requirements:

  • This position will require occasional travel, up to 20% annually.
