Job Description
This Sourcing Recruiter position is focused on identifying and engaging top-tier technical and sales talent for a Start-Up organization, with a particular emphasis on Business Operations and Strategy functions. The role reports into the Go to Market teams within the Start-Up Organization and Business Operations and Strategy.
Responsibilities
Source and engage top-tier technical and sales talent, including Solution Architects, early-career demand generation sales representatives, and Account Managers.
Manage multiple concurrent searches in a high-velocity environment.
Adapt sourcing strategies based on real-time feedback and evolving market conditions.
Experiment with innovative approaches when traditional sourcing channels yield limited results.
Leverage creative search techniques and tap into non-obvious talent pools.
Proactively identify pipeline obstacles and develop solutions independently.
Build strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates through clear communication and consistent follow-through.
Take ownership of pipeline metrics and continuously refine approach based on data insights and stakeholder feedback.
Essential Skills
Proven experience in sourcing technical and sales talent.
Strong recruiting experience with Fortune 100 companies.
Ability to create independent sourcing/recruiting strategies.
High-volume sourcing experience.
1-3 years of high-volume sourcing experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr.
