Pay rate range - $35/hr. to $38/hr.

Must Have
1. 1+ year of recruiting/TA experience- High volume Hiring. The person will be involved in client management/partnership.
2. Able to utilize MS office suite and AI tools.
3. SELF-STARTER – able to ramp up and understand new processes- quick learner, deliver on their own with minimum supervision

Description: 
Recruiter I is responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruitment process- dealing with internal ATP’s, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, preparing employment offers, and assisting with new hire orientation.
The person will be involved in HIGH VOLUME HIRING managing 100 reqs, Target would be achieving 60-80 offers a month, much focused on offer accepts rather than starts- hiring for the management team- area managers, operations, process assistants (Logistic operations)
Collaborates with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and helps ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Maintains accurate recruitment records and follows established hiring policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field(Not a MUST HAVE), along with 1+ years of recruiting or related experience. Demonstrates knowledge of fundamental recruiting principles, employment practices, and talent acquisition processes. Works under the guidance of a supervisor or manager, following established procedures and exercising sound judgment in completing assigned responsibilities.
