In this role, you will conduct full-cycle recruiting, focusing on industrial and skilled labor positions, including transload operators, CDL drivers, heavy equipment operators, and maintenance technicians. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume, blue-collar recruitment and a strong understanding of the industrial workforce.The Basics:Location: Midvale, UTDays/Hours: Monday - Thursday, Remote Friday

What you'll be doing:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for industrial roles, from intake to onboardingPartner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop customized recruiting strategiesSource active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, referral programs, and local outreachConduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate communication throughout the processEnsure a positive and timely candidate experience while maintaining communication and transparencyMaintain accurate applicant tracking and pipeline activity in Dayforce (our Applicant Tracking System); experience with ATS implementation/configuration is a plusAttend job fairs, community events, and partner with local workforce centers or vocational programs to drive outreachEnsure compliance with federal, state, and company hiring policies, including DOT regulations when applicableContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the recruiting function

Requirements to be successful in this position:

Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship-building abilitiesExcellent communication, organizational, and time-management skillsFriendly, professional communication (written and verbal)Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environmentProficient with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office SuiteBilingual (Spanish/English) strongly desired

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience accepted2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within industrial, logistics, construction, or manufacturing environmentsPHR or SHRM-CP is a plusFamiliarity with DOT-regulated hiring and safety-sensitive positions is a plus
