Title: Recruiter I
Location: Southfield, MI 48033 (Remote OR Hybrid)
Duration: 0 - 6+ Months
Shift: M-F 8am to 4: 30pm
Pay Rate: $40/Hour to $50/Hour
Qualifications:

Qualifications:
- 5-7 years in automotive or manufacturing recruiting
- Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges ect.
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, ect.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems (SuccessFactors)
- Collaborates with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles, provide updates, and ensure a positive hiring experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
