Task Breakdown
Handle high req load 20-30.
All business comm.
Supported by recruiting lead to getting it set up in the system.
This recruiter will be doing intakes with hiring manager and screen candidates, do applicable assessments.
Once an onsite offer is happening, their lead will take over.
Get compensation details and get the candidates as much info as possible.
Leaders can be high level within the government- will need a very well-spoken communicator written and speaking.
Key Project
we are looking for someone who can handle volume (20+ reqs), US Citizen to support cleared recruiting, solution architect or sales recruiting experience is nice to have.
Ability to work independently with geographically dispersed team.
Experience using ATS for candidate tracking and candidate screening evaluations.
Recent experience using new tools and AI would be a huge plus.
Primary hiring targets include solutions architects and field sales roles with 75% requiring security clearances from US citizenship to top secret with CI polygraph.
The team uses LinkedIn Recruiter, Hire ATS, and clearance jobs for sourcing, avoiding traditional job boards like Indeed.
