Recruiter - Recruiter II

Location: Bellevue, Washington (Onsite)

Employment Type: Contract


Role Overview

This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of recruiting activities. The position involves sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth and effective hiring process. The ideal candidate will use their extensive experience and judgment to successfully plan and meet hiring goals. This position may also involve leading and directing the work of other recruiting staff.


Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and interview potential candidates for various roles.
  • Conduct reference checks for prospective employees.
  • Extend employment offers and manage the offer process.
  • Conduct orientation for new employees to ensure a successful start.
  • Perform exit interviews with departing employees.
  • Process changes related to employee status.

Required Qualifications

Education: A bachelor's degree may be required.

Experience: 5-8 years of experience in recruiting or a related field is required. The role requires familiarity with the field's concepts, practices, and procedures, relying on experience and judgment to accomplish goals.


Compensation & Benefits

The estimated pay rate for this position is between $39.00 and $49.00 per hour.
