Johnson Service Group (JSG) has partnered with a high-growth client and is actively seeking a Recruiter to support hiring across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, and G&A functions.  This position is on-site 5 days per week.

Payrate $60 per hour

Key Responsibilities 
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for roles such as Manufacturing Engineers, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, and more
  • Partner with hiring managers to define needs and drive strategic sourcing efforts
  • Build strong pipelines using job boards, referrals, and networking
  • Manage candidates and workflows using Workday (or similar ATS)
  • Track recruiting metrics and improving hiring efficiency
  • Deliver a top-tier candidate experience from outreach to onboarding

Experience
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environments
  • Experience recruiting for roles such as manufacturing engineers, quality, production, and supply chain positions
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, ideally Workday
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
