Job Title: Recruiter II
Location: St. Louis, MO 63180(Primary site)/Salt Lake City, UT 84104
Pay rate: $34.38/hr on W2
Duration: 08/24/2026 to 03/25/2027
Schedule: flexibility in start times and a requirement for two days on site per week.
Monday through Friday for eight hours per day, with flexible start times between 7:00 and 8:30 AM, and a non-negotiable requirement to be on site two days per week, preferably aligning with SUPRANOWICH Jen s schedule.

Job Description:
- Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle including posting job advertisements, searching the Internet and relevant databases, networking and qualifying candidates.
- Screens, interviews and registers prospective professional candidates.
- Submits and reviews candidates with the hiring manager. Assists in negotiating salaries and satisfying customer's needs.
- Handles multiple requests simultaneously and provide professional support to managers.
- Able to understand and advance company's compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies.
- Strong full life cycle recruiting and sourcing experience needed
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years experience in talent sourcing and/or full life cycle recruiting experience.
