Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter III to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to meet organizational needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a similar role or industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
