Recruiter III

Our client, a leading healthcare and diagnostics organization, is seeking a Recruiter III to join their team. As a Recruiter III, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition team supporting the Cancer Diagnostics division. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder partnership, a process-driven approach to full life-cycle recruiting, and the ability to build targeted candidate pipelines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment—aligning successfully with the organization’s mission to advance early cancer detection and improve patient outcomes.

What's the Job?

• Own full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, leader consultation, interviews, and offers for entry level to mid-level roles.
• Collaborate with management to define roles and required qualifications, then craft and execute recruiting strategies that communicate the company’s value proposition.
• Use multiple sourcing channels (including digital platforms and community networks) to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Evaluate candidates against comprehensive criteria, manage the interview process, and coordinate assessments to ensure candidates meet role prerequisites.
• Formulate and negotiate job offers while maintaining accurate, timely records in the applicant tracking system and keeping leaders updated throughout the cycle.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in agency or in-house Talent Acquisition.
• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience filling entry level to mid-level roles.
• Track record of delivering significant candidate pools in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience creating targeted job postings and leveraging social networks to attract and develop candidates through offer acceptance.
