Job Description An employer is looking for a Recruiter to sit in Seattle, Wa. This person will be focused on securing top leadership talent for Amazon's global operations network. You'll drive end-to-end recruitment for senior positions including Operations Managers, Safety Managers, and Maintenance Managers across our fulfillment centers, distribution centers, and delivery stations. Full Lifecycle Responsibilities: Sourcing and Pipeline Building - Develop innovative sourcing strategies - Execute direct outreach campaigns - Build and maintain talent pools - Network at industry events and job fairs - Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms Candidate Management - Screen and evaluate candidates - Conduct in-depth technical and behavioral interviews - Guide candidates through complex interview processes - Manage offer negotiations - Drive successful candidate closing - Ensure smooth onboarding transitions Stakeholder Partnership - Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements - Provide regular updates to leadership - Manage interview panels and feedback collection - Drive hiring decisions through data-based recommendations - Conduct intake meetings and calibrations Process Management - Schedule and coordinate interview loops - Maintain accurate ATS data - Track metrics and provide weekly reporting This role requires exceptional relationship building, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards. Skills and Requirements - 4+ years of experience doing high volume recruiting - 2+ years of experience with candidate offers and negotiations - Bachelor's Degree in any field - Demonstrated success in passive candidate sourcing - Experience with ATS and recruiting technologies - Operations or manufacturing industry experience - Advanced Boolean search expertise - Project management experience - Strong data analysis capabilities - Previous Amazon experience
