Description: Job Title: Recruiter Location: Romeoville, IL Pay Rate: $25/hour Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (flexibility required outside of standard hours) Key Responsibilities: Fill client job orders by sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates Conduct candidate interviews and assess qualifications for open positions Manage and track applicant flow throughout the hiring process Assist with onboarding, including completing required documentation Respond to and resolve current employee inquiries in a timely manner Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients Check in employees at client sites and ensure job satisfaction and performance Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies Qualifications: Previous recruiting, staffing, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment High level of organization and attention to detail Professional demeanor and problem-solving skills Additional Requirements: Must be flexible to work outside of standard business hours as needed Reliable transportation may be required for client site visits Compensation: $25/hour
