Recruiter Intermediate

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for high-volume call center hiring. This role will support class-based hiring initiatives and partner closely with hiring managers, Operations, and Learning & Development teams to ensure hiring demands are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume call center roles supporting class-based hiring timelines.
• Drive candidate pipelines from application through offer, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates to meet class fill targets.
• Conduct structured phone screens and assess candidates for customer service aptitude, communication skills, and overall role fit.
• Partner with hiring managers, Operations, and Learning & Development (L&D) teams to align hiring demand, class needs, and candidate readiness.
• Facilitate interview scheduling and ensure timely movement of candidates through each stage of the hiring process.
• Support hiring goals for 18+ class-based hires per month.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience with Workday, EightFold, and Microsoft Office.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience supporting high-volume call center hiring.
• Experience conducting structured phone screens and candidate assessments.
• Ability to evaluate customer service aptitude, communication skills, and role fit.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and business stakeholders to meet hiring objectives.
• Experience coordinating interviews and managing candidate progression through the recruitment lifecycle.
