Recruiter - Intermediate
We are seeking a Recruiter- Intermediate level to support high-volume hiring in a large, highly regulated corporate environment.
Top Skills & Experience:- Full-Cycle Recruiting in Regulated Environments(2+ years)
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting within large organizations (30,000+ employees)
- Background in highly regulated industries (e.g., financial services, insurance)
- Knowledge of applicable employment laws and compliance requirements
- High-Volume Recruiting & Delivery(2+ years)
- Proven ability to manage and fill 100–300 positions annually
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing capabilities
- Ability to balance speed and quality in a high-demand environment
- Stakeholder Management & Consultative Support(2+ years)
- Experience supporting and advising hiring managers
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to influence hiring decisions and provide market insight
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree OR additional 2+ years of related experience (in lieu of degree)
- 2+ years of progressive experience in:
- Staffing, recruiting, HR, or account management
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, regulated environment
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Workday (ATS)
