Recruiter - Intermediate

We are seeking a Recruiter- Intermediate level to support high-volume hiring in a large, highly regulated corporate environment.
 
Top Skills & Experience:
  1. Full-Cycle Recruiting in Regulated Environments(2+ years)
    • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting within large organizations (30,000+ employees)
    • Background in highly regulated industries (e.g., financial services, insurance)
    • Knowledge of applicable employment laws and compliance requirements
  2. High-Volume Recruiting & Delivery(2+ years)
    • Proven ability to manage and fill 100–300 positions annually
    • Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing capabilities
    • Ability to balance speed and quality in a high-demand environment
  3. Stakeholder Management & Consultative Support(2+ years)
