Recruiter - Intermediate

Location: Onsite in Phoenix, AZ (85085)

Employment Type: Contract

Role Overview

We are seeking an Intermediate Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring talent, with an emphasis on call center recruitment within the financial services or insurance industries. The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, and experienced in managing multiple requisitions while partnering closely with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support.
  • Identify and engage candidates through job boards, databases, networking, and other sourcing strategies.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with hiring needs.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate interview coordination and feedback.
  • Support offer negotiations, including compensation discussions and candidate closing activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and provide ongoing recruitment support.
  • Handle multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including equal employment practices and hiring standards.
  • Contribute to recruiting initiatives and support cross-functional hiring efforts as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience recruiting for call center roles, preferably within financial services or insurance.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage unexpected challenges.
  • Exposure to project management principles and experience supporting cross-functional hiring initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.

Compensation

The pay rate for this position is $28.00/hr to $30.00/hr.
