RECRUITER - Warehouse and Supply Chain
LOCATION - Onsite, Irving, Texas

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $30-$35 per hour
• M-F traditional business hours
• Temp to hire

ROLE IMPACT
Drive effective recruiting and talent acquisition processes by partnering with hiring managers and HR teams to identify, attract, and hire qualified talent. This role supports recruiting strategy, applicant tracking, compliance reporting, and talent pipelines, with particular focus on Technician and Mechanic positions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Partner with hiring managers and HR personnel throughout the recruiting and talent acquisition process, including obtaining required hiring approvals.
* Develop recruiting strategies and talent pipelines through trade schools, vocational schools, and other sourcing channels, particularly for Technician and Mechanic roles.
* Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), recruitment records, and applicant flow reports required for Affirmative Action documentation.
* Provide subject matter expertise on staffing policies, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations, recruitment guidelines, and industry trends.
* Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes, service levels, vendor programs, and cost effectiveness.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; or 2-4 years of related recruiting experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and HR teams.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience maintaining an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
