Overview

We urgently need candidates in the Atlanta market who are currently working as light industrial recruiters. We are specifically looking for individuals with high energy and enthusiasm, and it would be ideal if they also have on-site experience. Candidates should have 3-8 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting high volume for Light Industrial positions
• Handling onboarding, offboarding, orientations, and counseling employees
• Partnering closely with hiring managers
• Knowing the local Atlanta market to recruit candidates and attend job fairs and other events for recruiting opportunities
• Driving new business development in the Atlanta market for new light industrial clients. While prior sales experience is not required, candidates should have the drive and motivation to pursue sales opportunities.

Experience

• Previous experience in a light industrial or manufacturing environment
• Background in light industrial staffing (warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, production)
• Prior recruiting experience supporting hourly or high-volume roles in a staffing environment
• Familiarity with technical recruiting, talent management, and employee relations is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience with HR sourcing can enhance team dynamics.
• Proficiency in using ATS systems
• Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration within the team.
• Ability to engage in cold calling and lead generation activities when necessary for recruitment purposes.
