RECRUITER
We're hiring recruiters to attract candidates for interviews and hire great employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers regularly and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates through various channels, such as social media networks and employee referrals. Ultimately, the Recruiter's responsibilities are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while building a strong talent pipeline.
Would also be responsible for identifying high-quality candidates, confirming their qualifications, and placing them in open roles at the company. Their duties include researching job seekers, inviting them to apply for a job, screening candidates through phone interviews, and completing hiring paperwork.
Responsibilities
* Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
* Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
* Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
* Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
* Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
* Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
* Promote company reputation as 'best place to work.'
