Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Requirements

Job Duties

• Recruit and qualify candidates for open positions
• Conduct frequent phone outreach to prospective candidates
• Discuss job requirements, qualifications, and opportunities with applicants
• Build relationships with candidates and employees
• Communicate regularly with account managers and clients
• Match qualified candidates with appropriate job openings
• Manage multiple open positions and candidate pipelines
• Maintain accurate and organized recruiting information
• Follow established recruiting and placement processes
• Provide candidates with timely updates throughout the hiring process
• Take ownership of assigned positions and work toward established placement goals
• Support the department with additional responsibilities as experience grows

As a Recruiter you will perform responsibilities that support the daily operations of your assigned employer while following established procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
