Under the direction of the Manager, Talent Management and Organizational Development, the Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment efforts for assigned business units. The Recruiter will partner closely with HR colleagues and hiring managers to ensure a best-in-class recruitment experience for prospective candidates and new hires. The Recruiter will also work with community partners to develop sustainable workforce pipelines.
EDUCATION AND RELATED EXPERIENCE:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Health Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
Proven ability to rapidly develop trust with peers and hiring managers.
Ability to prioritize heavy requisition loads independently and manage time effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Understanding of all Federal and State employment laws.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite required. Familiarity with social media site administration.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems.
Preferred:
Experience with union environments.
Experience working in an acute care environment.
Symplr ATS experience.
