Job Title: Recruiter II
Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84104
Duration: 0 7 Months

Day Shift: Mon – Fri 8 AM to 5 PM
Hybrid role

Strong full cycle recruiting and sourcing experience needed

Hybrid – 50% onsite

Top Skills:

  • ATS experience required (Client ATS - Jobvite)
  • LinkedIn Sourcing experience plus
  • Source candidates for medical devices, biotech, R&D, clinical operations and scientific roles would be a big plus
  • Education background within biotech, R&D, clinical operations and scientific is a plus
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
  • Manage high-volume recruitment workflows
  • Handle full-cycle recruiting, including drafting, negotiating, scheduling interviews (1 ST round on camera)


Requirements

  • 2 - 3 years of strong sourcing experience required
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruiting environments
  • Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills


Virtual Interviews – 45 Minutes (2 rounds)

Description:

  • Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle including posting job advertisements, searching the Internet and relevant databases, networking and qualifying candidates.
  • Screens, interviews and registers prospective professional candidates.
  • Submits and reviews candidates with the hiring manager. Assists in negotiating salaries and satisfying customer's needs.
  • Handles multiple requests simultaneously and provide professional support to managers.
  • Able to understand and advance company's compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies.
  • Enter candidates into recruiting system
  • Track candidates through the recruiting process
  • Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools
  • Implement recruiting and sourcing strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates
  • Provide hiring managers with qualified candidates
  • Recommend new sources for recruiting candidates
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Refer qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Submit qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Seek creative solutions for recruiting candidates
