Your role includes full-cycle recruiting for software, hardware, operations, and leadership roles, developing sourcing strategies, ensuring excellent candidate experiences, and leveraging data for continuous improvement. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of multi-domain recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and a process-oriented mindset. Experience in technical, manufacturing, or startup environments is a plus. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $175,000, with benefits including health insurance, 401k, and flexible vacation.
