Position Summary
The Recruiting Coordinator (Temporary) will provide hands-on support to the Talent Acquisition function during a defined 3-6 month assignment. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth, compliant, and positive candidate experience while supporting recruiters and hiring managers with scheduling, coordination, and recruiting operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This temporary role will focus on recruitment coordination, onboarding support, data integrity, and process consistency across salaried and hourly hiring efforts.
Principal Duties (include, but are not limited to):
Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews across multiple calendars, including phone, virtual, and onsite interviews
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and timely candidate experience
Support recruiters with job posting administration, candidate tracking, and requisition management
Prepare interview materials and ensure interview panels are aligned and informed
Assist with offer process administration, including offer letters and pre-employment steps
Support onboarding coordination to ensure compliance with HR, safety, and quality requirements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition data within the ATS and HR systems
Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure recruiting processes are followed consistently
Generate basic recruiting reports and track key metrics as needed
Support employment branding and candidate communications as directed
Assist with special recruiting projects and process improvements during the assignment
Essential Qualifications / Experience:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, or talent acquisition support
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with ATS and HR systems preferred
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Professional discretion and ability to handle confidential information
Customer-service mindset with a strong focus on candidate experience
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Hourly Range: 45.00 to 49.00
