Starting Salary at $60,000 and up The Recruiter is directly responsible for the overall recruiting, coordination, and onboarding of new hires. Recruiter’s Qualifications are.... Education/Learning Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field Work Experience Required: 3+ years of recruiting or related work experience Desired: High volume recruiting in healthcare Skills/Knowledge Required: Knowledge of and ability to use techniques to identify, select, retain and relocate qualified personnel, both internally and externally, for a wide range of positions.
