This position is contingent upon the modification of the current RMT contract and the award of Option Year Three (3). The projected start date is 3 August 2026.Summary The Recruiter Master Trainer (RMT) plays a critical role in the development, coaching, and mentoring of Recruiting and Retention Non-Commissioned Officers (RRNCOs) within the Army National Guard. Serving as a subject matter expert in recruiting processes and techniques, the RMT is responsible for assessing individual and team performance, developing and delivering structured training programs, and fostering continuous professional growth to enhance recruiting and retention success.
