Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team in Medina, Ohio. If you have a passion for connecting talented candidates with great opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for our clients. You will work closely with the Client Success Specialists and Branch Managers to evaluate applications daily. This role offers you the chance to be part of a dynamic team focused on growth and success.

Hours
Monday – Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm

Pay
$50,000/year, plus weekly performance bonuses

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand job specifications, candidate profiles, and requirements for various positions
  • Source resumes from job boards, social media, and company career pages
  • Screen resumes and conduct daily phone interviews with potential candidates
  • Keep detailed documentation of the hiring process
  • Assist candidates with online and in-office onboarding procedures
  • Update and maintain candidate information in our ATS system
  • Build and maintain a professional, friendly rapport with candidates

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Previous work experience in Recruiting, Sales, or Customer Service
  • Ability to evaluate candidates through resume review and phone screening
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Strong listening skills and attention to detail
  • Quick decision-making and effective time management
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic with a focus on meeting deadlines and targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience using ATS systems
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices
  • Bilingual abilities

Preferred Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience in related fields
