We are seeking a motivated Recruiter in Medina, OH, to join our team. If you have a passion for connecting talented candidates with the right opportunities, we want to hear from you!

At Employ-Temps Staffing Services, we work closely with a variety of clients to fill essential roles across many industries. As a Recruiter, you'll play a key part in sourcing top candidates, conducting interviews, and helping guide applicants through the hiring process. This role offers an engaging environment where your recruiting skills help companies grow while providing meaningful career opportunities.

Hours
Monday - Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm

Pay
$50,000/year, plus weekly performance bonuses

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand job specifications, candidate profiles, and requirements for multiple positions
  • Source resumes from job boards, social media, and company career pages
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews with potential candidates daily
  • Maintain accurate documentation of the hiring process in our ATS system
  • Assist candidates with online and in-office onboarding procedures
  • Update and manage candidate information within our database
  • Build and maintain professional, friendly relationships with applicants

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Experience in Recruiting, Sales, or Customer Service required
  • Ability to evaluate candidates through resume review and phone screens
  • Capable of handling confidential information with integrity
  • Strong listening skills and attention to detail
  • Quick decision-making and effective time management
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines and targets
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience with ATS systems
  • Knowledge of local employment trends and networks

Preferred Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in recruiting or related fields

Other Requirements
  • Must be able to work on-site in Medina, OH
