Duties/Responsibilities:-Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools.-Implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.-Post job listings on various job boards.-Review applications and conduction initial phone screens and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate’s qualifications and experience.-Build, manage and maintain our applicant tracking (ATS) database.-Onboard new hires such as new hire paperwork, background checks, drug tests, etc.-Help candidates update their resumes.-Partner with your Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments -Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads -Attend local job fairs, trade shows and professional networking events-Perform various customer service-related activities Requirements:-Ability to pass a 7-year Background Check (Required) Schedule:(8:00AM – 5:00PM) Monday-Friday Staff Experts, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
