Job Description

Associate Recruiter, Manufacturing & Skilled Trades
As an Associate Recruiter, you will support the attraction and hiring of hourly manufacturing and skilled trades talent. Working closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and candidates, you will help manage the full-life cycle recruiting process while delivering a positive experience for all candidates.

Job Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to support recruiting efforts for hourly manufacturing and skilled trades positions.
Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, referrals, community organizations, trade schools, and workforce development partners.
Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit for open positions.
Coordinate and manage candidate movement through the recruiting process, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill manufacturing and skilled trades roles.
Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Support onboarding and pre-employment activities as needed to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.

Experience Requirements
1-3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, human resources, customer service, or related experience required.
Experience supporting hourly manufacturing, production, warehouse, distribution, or skilled trades recruiting is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and community partners.
Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Comfortable using applicant tracking systems, recruiting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience engaging with technical schools, trade organizations, or workforce development partners is a plus.
High tolerance for ambiguity and change.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of manufacturing, production, maintenance, technician, skilled trades, or apprenticeship recruiting.
Experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives.
Familiarity with candidate sourcing techniques and recruiting best practices.
