Job Description
The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role involves identifying qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and supporting hiring managers to meet organisational staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Post job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms.
Search online databases, professional networks, and other sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate the interview process.
Assist in salary negotiations, prepare job offers, and facilitate the onboarding and orientation process.
Handle multiple hiring requests simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
Provide recruitment support and guidance to hiring managers.
Ensure compliance with company policies, equal employment opportunity (EEO) standards, and recruitment best practices.
Support company initiatives related to compensation, employee development, and workforce planning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior management and executives.
Work independently with minimal supervision while achieving recruitment targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job portals.
Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience with executive hiring.
Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
