Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Minneapolis MN (Primary), Tempe, AZ, St. Louis, Charlotte, NC
WORKING HOURS: 8-5 CST (flexible, 40 hours)
FTE CONVERSION POSSIBLE, BUT NOT GUARANTEED
HYBRID: 3 DAYS PER WEEK ON SITE REQUIRED
Duration: 4 months on contract with possible extension
2 rounds of interviews. One with hiring manager alone, and then one with her peer joining.
ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Candidates that have specific financial services experience, with priority given for any experience recruiting for fund services roles (fund administrators, accountants). This team has 8 contract recruiters and one FTE currently. This candidate should be comfortable with mid-high volume, rather than niche recruiting (for example, hiring 6-8 of the same accounting roles at the same time). This candidate will work directly with the hiring managers and should be able to be highly professional, organized, resourceful and willing to make recommendations instead of constantly waiting for direction.
ABOUT THE ROLE: We’re seeking a full cycle Contract Recruiter to support our team to building pipelines and hire Investment Services accounting professionals (private equity/credit, hedge funds, real assets, alternative investments, fund accounting, administration). You will partner with business leaders and peer recruiters to define talent strategies, maintain pipelines for recurring roles, source niche profiles, and deliver an equitable, positive hiring experience.
What you’ll do
- Own full cycle recruiting for investment services roles (Fund Accountant, Fund Admin, Senior Fund Accountant, Financial Reporting Analyst/Manager, Investor Allocation, CLO Deal/Admin), from strategy discussion through offer acceptance.
- Source talent using multichannel strategies (LinkedIn, expert communities, Boolean/X ray, referrals, graduates, alumni, etc.) and develop proactive silver medalist and evergreen pipelines.
- Guide hiring leaders on market availability, compensation signals, interview design, and decision quality.
- Manage candidate experience with timely communication, prep/coaching, and high touch closing strategies.
- Operate the process in Workday (or ATS of record): requisition hygiene, job postings, interview logistics, offer workflow, and onboarding hand offs; maintain data integrity.
- Partner cross functionally with HR, Compensation, Talent Intelligence, and business operations across Investment Services
What you’ll bring
- 3 years full cycle recruiting (or sourcing) in financial services—preferred experience with recruiting investment services talent.
- Ability to translate job requirements into validated competencies and structured interview guides aligned to role profiles and job families.
- Proficiency with ATS (e.g., Workday), CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean/search operators, and other sourcing strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, data driven decisioning, and project management skills.
- Commitment to candidate experience, inclusion, and regulatory compliance.

- Time to accept and time to start; pipeline health (active prospects, interviews/week).
- Slate diversity and interview compliance; passthrough from screen → panel → offer.
- Quality of hire proxy metrics (manager satisfaction, interview to hire ratios).
- Data integrity in ATS and adherence to hiring governance.
