Position: Hybrid (3 days/week), 3-month contract with potential extension

Responsible for sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent for operations, especially contact centers, with minimal agency assistance. Focuses on high-volume, entry-level remote roles requiring strong soft skills, professionalism, and fast-paced handling of 80-100 calls daily. Ensures a diverse talent pool, positive candidate and hiring manager experiences, and aligns with core values.
Basic qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 2+ years recruiting experience. Preferred skills involve knowledge of talent acquisition, project management, data analysis, communication, and multiple task management. Experience with high-volume hiring, Workday, and Phenom ATS is advantageous.
