Recruiter

Mancan Staffing is seeking a Recruiter to work in our Mansfield & Ashland, Ohio locations. Qualified candidates would have demonstrated success recruiting in a fast-paced business environment.

Job Requirements:
This is a full-time position. Must be flexible, w/excellent computer skills, have excellent communication skills
Must have high energy levels, work well under pressure, meet deadlines, problem solve, and make decisions quickly
Must be able to work as a team member or independently
Must have a Positive Mental Attitude
Must have reliable transportation for company business and professional attire
Good grammar and office etiquette
Must be able to be savvy and creative with all aspects of social media

Candidate Development:
Recruit top local professionals; interview and identify temporary, project and temporary to hire opportunities for these candidates.
Provide ongoing and consistent contact with candidates while offering professional and value-added career guidance.
Placement Activities:
Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain ongoing contact with clients and candidates currently on assignment to ensure both receive exceptional customer service.
Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Uncover additional opportunities through contact with candidates on assignment and clients to grow our business and job opportunities for our candidates.

General:
Responsible for solidifying Mancans professional presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events
This is a full-time position, some overtime required. Must be flexible, computer literate, have excellent communication skills
Pay based on experience
