PGS Worldwide is seeking a Talent Acquisition Early Career/College Recruiter for a fully remote one year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This role supports high-volume recruiting across multiple areas of the business in the Electronic Systems sector. The position manages a large portfolio of requisitions, partners with hiring managers, communicates with candidates, and ensures compliance throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

  • At least 2 years of experience working in high-volume recruiting

  • Proven track record of managing a large number of requisitions and achieving recruitment goals

  • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, laws, and regulations

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to stakeholders

  • Proficiency in recruitment software and technology, including applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems

  • High school diploma

Preferred Skills

  • Recruiting experience in a similar industry or sector

  • Experience with early career, college, or intern recruiting

  • Experience with BrassRing ATS

  • Experience with Phenom CRM

  • Strong project management skills

  • Bachelor's degree

What You'll Do

  • Manage a large portfolio of high-volume requisitions across multiple areas of the business

  • Ensure timely and efficient recruiting processes

  • Help hiring managers understand the hiring process, compliance, and early career hiring requirements

  • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process

  • Use ATS, CRM, and other recruiting tools to screen a high volume of candidates

  • Identify top talent for open requisitions

  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers

  • Provide a positive candidate experience

  • Adhere to required processes and policies to maintain compliance throughout the hiring process
