PGS Worldwide is seeking a Talent Acquisition Early Career/College Recruiter for a fully remote one year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This role supports high-volume recruiting across multiple areas of the business in the Electronic Systems sector. The position manages a large portfolio of requisitions, partners with hiring managers, communicates with candidates, and ensures compliance throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
At least 2 years of experience working in high-volume recruiting
Proven track record of managing a large number of requisitions and achieving recruitment goals
Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, laws, and regulations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze data and provide insights to stakeholders
Proficiency in recruitment software and technology, including applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
High school diploma
Preferred Skills
Recruiting experience in a similar industry or sector
Experience with early career, college, or intern recruiting
Experience with BrassRing ATS
Experience with Phenom CRM
Strong project management skills
Bachelor's degree
What You'll Do
Manage a large portfolio of high-volume requisitions across multiple areas of the business
Ensure timely and efficient recruiting processes
Help hiring managers understand the hiring process, compliance, and early career hiring requirements
Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process
Use ATS, CRM, and other recruiting tools to screen a high volume of candidates
Identify top talent for open requisitions
Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers
Provide a positive candidate experience
Adhere to required processes and policies to maintain compliance throughout the hiring process
