Responsibilities of Recruiter:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Post job openings on relevant platforms and proactively source candidates
- Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
