Recruiter

LONG TERM TEMP ROLE.
LOCATION: LOWER MANHATTAN, NYC 
PAY $45- 51 HR
The recruiter will be a team-oriented individual with excellent organization skills. The recruiter will be responsible for consulting with department leaders and hiring managers to understand the recruitment needs, develop sourcing strategies to leverage a diverse candidate pool that align with organizational goals. Pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications and support departments with pre-screening interviews when needed. Utilize electronic systems to manage, modify and track approved positions. Update PeopleSoft as required, and correspond with departments and other stakeholders, As well as attend job fairs virtually and in person.

Required Education, Training & Professional Experience: (URAC Core 25a)

Associate's degree required; and 5+ years in full cycle recruitment including sourcing, candidate assessment, and consulting with stakeholders for corporate or agency recruiting; or A satisfactory equivalent of experience and educati
