Job Title: Recruiter Location: New York, NY 10004 Duration: 05/26/2026 – 07/18/2026 Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Schedule: 5 days/week, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week Pay Range: $40-$44/'hr. Schedule Notes: Work Schedule: Full time Hours Per Week: 35 Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Shift time: 9am - 5pm Work location: Hybrid Patient Facing: No Minimum education level: High school Language competencies: English License/Registration required: No Work Setting: Non-Clinical / HR Operations Requirements / Skills: Required Skills & Experience: Associate’s degree required; and 5+ years in full cycle recruitment including sourcing, candidate assessment, and consulting with stakeholders for corporate or agency recruiting; or A satisfactory equivalent of experience and education Recruiting Experience with high volume recruiting Ability to recruit across multiple levels and functions Strong relationship building skills Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment Ability to work autonomously Preferred Skills & Experience: Experience with both corporate and agency recruiting Technology proficiency (social media, Applicant Tracking Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps) Education: Required Education: Associate’s degree Also Listed: Bachelor’s Degree Minimum Degree Required: Completed High School (Diploma or GED) Certifications & Licensure: Required Certifications & Licensure: None Job Summary: Responsible for full life cycle recruiting across multiple departments and functions Engage active and passive candidates across multiple channels Provide end-to-end recruitment services including sourcing strategies and candidate assessment Serve as a point of contact for hiring managers Consult with department leaders and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs Develop sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals Utilize electronic systems to manage, modify, and track approved positions Update PeopleSoft and correspond with departments and stakeholders Attend job fairs virtually and in person Job Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand and manage hiring needs Manage end-to-end hiring activities Leverage recruitment channels (social media, job fairs, alumni networks, referrals, conferences) Write job descriptions, screen resumes, interview candidates, and support onboarding Coordinate candidate assessments and interviews Participate in employment events and pipeline-building initiatives Develop relationships with candidates and stakeholders Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare reports (time to fill, vacancies, etc.) Maintain accurate records of all candidates, hires, and vacancies Assist with employer branding activities Manage and track job postings and applicant submissions Run weekly and monthly recruitment reports Work with universities/colleges for internships, residents, and fellowship programs Review applicant pool to ensure candidates meet qualifications Perform additional duties as assigned Professional Competencies: Integrity and Trust Customer Focus Analytical skills Data-informed decision making Critical thinking and judgment Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.) Relationship management skills Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple urgent tasks independently
