We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Full Desk Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our customers' workforce needs. This position requires a strong understanding of relationship management, social media recruiting strategies, and candidate development techniques. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers, customers, candidates, and internal teams to ensure successful hiring outcomes and exceptional service.
This position is based out of our Norcross, GA office and will primarily support local customer accounts throughout the surrounding market. In addition, this recruiter will play a key role in supporting one of our larger customer partnerships in the Alpharetta area.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable spending time in the office as well as onsite with customers and employees, building relationships, coordinating workforce needs, and ensuring successful account support. Flexibility is important, as business demands may occasionally require early morning visits, after-hours follow-up, and onsite support throughout the Metro Atlanta area.

Preferred Personnel Solutions (PPS) is growing and looking to add a Full Desk Recruiter to our team. At PPS, our customers and employees are our top priority. This role will be based in our Norcross office and will support local accounts, while also serving as a key recruiting and account management partner for a large customer in the Alpharetta area.
The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or account management, with strong skills in screening, interviewing, hiring, and relationship building.
About the Position
Recruit, screen, interview, hire, onboard, and assign temporary employees to work assignments at customer locations.
Create and maintain a talent pipeline of candidates based on experience, qualifications, availability, and overall fit.
Provide outstanding customer service by meeting and exceeding staffing expectations.
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding recruiting activity, hiring progress, and workforce updates.
Actively source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and hiring events.
Build strong business relationships with customers, employees, and community partners.
Maintain accurate and timely updates within internal CRM, ATS, and employee database systems.
Support daily workforce management activities, including attendance tracking, shift coverage, employee engagement, onboarding, and reporting.
Regularly visit customer locations, including a large account in Alpharetta, to build relationships, support operations, and ensure staffing success.
Partner closely with customer leadership to understand workforce challenges and proactively deliver staffing solutions.
Duties
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Utilize various recruiting platforms to promote job openings and engage potential candidates.
Conduct thorough candidate evaluations through interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress using applicant tracking systems such as TempWorks.
Collaborate with internal teams on employee relations matters and support onboarding processes for new hires.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance sourcing techniques.
Perform research on market trends to identify talent pools and improve recruitment strategies.
Experience
Experience in recruiting; staffing, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial recruiting preferred but not required.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (TempWorks experience is a plus).
Strong relationship management and candidate evaluation skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates, employees, and customers.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
