Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required
Experience: 6–8 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience required
Industry: Experience recruiting within industrial, technical, or manufacturing environments preferred

Our growing client is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support its talent acquisition team during a temporary assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities of the Recruiter will include:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Create and post job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms
  • Source candidates through social media, networking, campus recruiting, and other talent channels
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate the hiring process
  • Negotiate offers and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies to improve hiring efficiency
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and prepare reports to support hiring initiatives
  • Promote a positive employer brand and candidate experience
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring practices
  • Support onboarding activities for newly hired employees

Qualifications for the role of Recruiter:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field required
  • 6–8 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR
  • Experience recruiting within industrial, manufacturing, or technical environments preferred
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing strategies
  • Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting technologies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
