Pay Rate: $24.00–$30.00/hour; Based on experience
Location: Guilderland NY (On-site)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required
Experience: 6–8 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience required
Industry: Experience recruiting within industrial, technical, or manufacturing environments preferred
Our growing client is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support its talent acquisition team during a temporary assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities of the Recruiter will include:
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Create and post job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms
- Source candidates through social media, networking, campus recruiting, and other talent channels
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate the hiring process
- Negotiate offers and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies to improve hiring efficiency
- Analyze recruiting metrics and prepare reports to support hiring initiatives
- Promote a positive employer brand and candidate experience
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring practices
- Support onboarding activities for newly hired employees
Qualifications for the role of Recruiter:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field required
- 6–8 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR
- Experience recruiting within industrial, manufacturing, or technical environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing strategies
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting technologies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
