Internal Recruiter (Contract or Long-Term)

Precision Staffing – Florence, KY

Starting Pay: $45,000 + bonus

Onsite Position (M-F, 8am-5pm)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Recruiter to join our team in Florence, KY office. This role can be structured as either a contract-based position or a long-term opportunity, depending on candidate preference and business needs. The Internal Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and social media.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting through onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on hiring metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in an internal/corporate setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Contract recruiting or staffing agency experience a plus.
